The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator / Senior Contract Administrator to assist in the delivery of large-scale public sector construction projects within the $50 - $150mil range.

The successful candidate will report to a highly regarded experienced Project Manager and Contracts Manager whilst working with an experienced subcontractor book.

Amongst other things, you will be responsible for preparation of contracts, variations, progress claims, procurement and stakeholder management.

Experience?

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar, as well as having exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will be proactive and be able to multi task with a minimum of six years CA experience within a top tier EBA Commercial Construction setting.
