Woods & Co have partnered with one of Australia's leading payment technology companies, to find a driven and customer-focused Customer Support Liaison Officer to join their growing team in the South-Eastern suburbs

What do you do?

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support
  • Coordinate ATM installations and removals, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and service providers
  • Liaise with technical teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues promptly
  • Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests accurately
  • Keep customers informed on case progress and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Dispatch technician jobs and confirm ETAs
  • Support the business by maintaining up-to-date procedures and documentation
  • Collaborate with your team to drive continuous improvement and share knowledge

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or call centre support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude (training provided)
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
