About the Role

We're seeking an organised and positive Office Administration Co-ordinator to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for customer service, office administration, stock control, and supporting the Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer service and front-of-house support
  • General office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintaining and ordering stock for warehouse and showroom
  • Counting till and reconciling daily
  • Inputting invoices, stock, new creditors, and debtors
  • Maintaining procedure manuals and job queues
  • Minute taking at Toolbox meetings
Must Have:
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Australian work authorisation is required for this position
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
  • Office or retail experience
  • Bookkeeping or data entry knowledge
