We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Waitresses/Bar Attendants/All-rounders. Position: Waitress/Bar Attendant/All-rounder

Location: Momo Chicken Rochedale, 329 Gardner Road, Rochedale QLD 4123

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently

  • Serve food and beverages promptly

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining and bar areas

  • Assist with basic food preparation and ensure food quality standards are met

  • Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system

  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and enjoyable dining experience for customers

  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; we are also open to training enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work well within a team and also independently

  • A positive and friendly attitude with a customer-oriented mindset

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
