About the Roles

We have a range of fabulous casual Front of House opportunities available at The Boathouse Group Patonga. As a member of our FOH crew you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience to our guests, and maintaining outstanding presentation of the venue. The roles we are on the lookout for are:

  • Bartenders
  • Waitstaff
  • Baristas

We are also on the lookout for casual Kitchen Hands. As a member of our kitchen team you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and assisting in the preparation of food.

About You

To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have experience in at least one of the roles above, working in a busy hospitality environment. You will also:

  • FOH staff will hold a valid RSA or willingness to obtain;
  • Be available to work nights and weekends;
  • Have a confident and can do attitude;
  • Be friendly, approachable and genuine;
  • Have a passion for hospitality and guest service;
  • Be a team player with a collaborative working style.
