Core Talent is proud to be partnering with a highly respected WA owned commercial building company. They are renowned for delivering a range of commercial Build & Fit-Out Projects across the Perth market.

Our client has built works a strong reputation for excellence, collaboration, and innovation. They have also built an enviable reputation of developing and retaining their team. Due to further project awards they are expanding their Perth team and seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their growing business.

About the Role

You will be assisting the Project Manager in dealing with claims, variations, and verifying contractor and sub-contractor claims. You will take responsibility for identifying and driving the commercial aspects of projects, and ensuring the best outcomes for all stakeholders.

This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to an experienced construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of complex construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Assist the Site team in delivery phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants & sub-contractors.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts administration within construction.
  • Proven success in assisting with the delivery of a range of commercial projects.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of governance, procurement, and project controls.
