The Opportunity

As an
Account Executive
, you'll be a key player in expanding the company's footprint across the education sector.

You'll own the end-to-end sales cycle - from proactive outreach and tailored discovery calls, to delivering demos and closing new partnerships with schools and educational organisations.

You'll combine data-driven outreach with creative storytelling to show schools how this platform can
save time, improve communication, and bring communities closer together
.

This is a role where your sales skills genuinely

- because every deal directly impacts how schools operate and how students experience learning.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively reach out to schools and decision-makers using a targeted, insight-led approach.
  • Lead engaging discovery conversations that uncover needs and build compelling business cases.
  • Deliver demos that bring the product to life and demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Guide multiple stakeholders through the buying process with empathy and confidence.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to share insights and feedback from the field.
  • Represent the brand at education conferences and events (occasional interstate travel).

About You

You're curious, motivated, and a natural relationship builder. You bring a consultative, thoughtful approach to selling and you love being part of a team with purpose.

  • 2+ years in SaaS or tech sales (EdTech/startup experience a bonus).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills across phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Comfortable running outbound outreach and managing full-cycle deals.
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Passionate about education, youth development, or extracurricular programs.
