What you'll do:

  • Partnering with leaders to translate business strategy into people and capability priorities.
  • Coaching and supporting leaders on performance, culture, organisational design, succession and talent development.
  • Leading complex ER/IR matters, ensuring compliance and building capability to resolve issues early.
  • Delivering strategic HR projects and cyclical programs such as performance, remuneration and promotions.
  • Driving operational excellence and process improvement across your portfolio.
  • Research and analyse employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
