About the Role
In this newly created role, you will:
- Control internal and external project documents to meet compliance standards.
- Deliver document control services aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Develop and implement document control systems, templates, and registers in collaboration with the Head of Project Delivery.
- Educate teams and maintain effective relationships on document requirements
- Assist in setting up consistent electronic directories and file structures.
- Track versions, revisions, and changes for accuracy.
- Process documentation for clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure review, registration, and distribution of documents in line with procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to align documentation with project timelines and objectives.
- Monitor technical documents for review and approval.
- Manage electronic and hard copy records.
- Work closely with the Clean TeQ Water's Project QA (FAT, Inspections, ITPs monitoring) and external stakeholders to achieve continuous improvement in document control and management.
- Drive continuous improvement in document control through collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Clean TeQ Water's quality standards and audit requirements.
About You
You'll be:
- an experienced Document Controller with strong document management systems and MS Office skills. Ideally, you will be familiar with engineering and construction terminology and documentation.
- a great communicator (written and verbal).
- highly organized, able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adaptable to changing project requirements.
