Are you looking to grow your truck driving skills and branch out into car carrying & towing? We are seeking an experienced local truck driver/tow truck operator to join our Queanbeyan team in providing excellent transport services to our clients. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for safely loading/unloading and transporting driveable and non-drivable vehicles throughout Queanbeyan, Canberra and regional surrounds. To be successful in this role, you will be a team player, have a strong customer focus, respect and care for company and customer vehicles, and work effectively with minimum supervision.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, this is a full-time rostered position with night and weekend work on call out.

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision
  • Motivated, proactive and flexible
  • Punctual, honest and reliable
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Towing or car carrying experience (desirable)

You must hold a MR licence (as minimum). You will also need to be willing to attain a tow truck licence if you don't hold one already.

If successful, you will be required to provide a copy of your licence history and be willing to undergo an employment medical (including drug and alcohol testing) prior to commencement.
