About the Opportunity
As Head of Digital Channels, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Metcash Food's digital future. This leadership position is responsible for building scalable, sustainable, and profitable retailer and shopper propositions across loyalty, B2C eCommerce, and data-driven digital marketing. You'll lead a talented team and drive transformation to turn an embryonic eCommerce offer into a $2bn retail sales channel over five years.
In this Role
• Deliver annual financial and non-financial outcomes for IGA Rewards and IGA Shop Online
• Lead and develop the Digital Channels team, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement
• Design and implement engagement strategies to align stakeholders and retailers
• Create legal and commercial frameworks that enable profitable operating models
• Define program milestones and implement reporting for senior leadership forums
• Drive change management to embed digital channels into core business operations
• Develop a five-year strategic roadmap for customer-first digital retail channels
• Ensure digital user experience strategies complement overall marketing objectives

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in business management, IT, or a related discipline
