Why You'll Love This Role

If you're looking for a role where your organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills actually make an impact, this is it.

As an Install Coordinator, you will:

  • Own your day – with autonomy to manage schedules, customers, and outcomes
  • Become the trusted voice for customers at the most exciting stage of their solar journey
  • Grow your career with clear pathways in fulfilment, operations, and customer experience
  • Enjoy stability in a rapidly expanding industry with long-term opportunities
  • Work with a supportive, positive team that invests in your development through weekly coaching
  • Be valued for your attention to detail, your ability to stay calm under pressure, and your commitment to exceptional customer service

This is a highly rewarding role for someone who loves keeping things moving, creating smooth customer experiences, and being the "glue" that holds a project together.

About the Role

The Install Coordinator is the key point of contact for customers during their installation process. You'll ensure every job is scheduled accurately, expectations are set clearly, and each installation is delivered smoothly.

This role requires someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks, thrives in fast-paced environments, and communicates confidently with customers, installers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality phone support to customers throughout their installation
  • Build rapport and trust as the primary point of contact
  • Manage installation calendars and book all install-ready jobs quickly and accurately
  • Review job notes and requirements before scheduling
  • Coordinate cancellations, rebookings, pre-site inspections, and service calls
  • Support the Grid Application & EWR teams where required
  • Liaise with multiple departments to resolve issues
  • Manage daily list views with the goal of clearing all outstanding tasks
  • Ensure all bookings meet business expectations and customer needs
About You

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • High attention to detail and a structured way of working
  • Strong time-management and ability to prioritise
  • A solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience in scheduling, customer service, dispatching, administration, or coordination
  • Energy industry or trades coordination experience (beneficial but not essential)
What Success Looks Like
  • On-time weekly and monthly installation completions
  • Clear, confident communication with customers
  • Zero list-view backlog wherever possible
  • Smooth job flow between customers, contractors, and internal teams
  • A calm, professional approach to managing change, issues, or delays

You'll be supported with:

  • Weekly one-on-one and group coaching
  • Dashboards and reporting to track performance
  • A collaborative team that genuinely wants you to succeed
