We're a small but ambitious team (7 of us), passionate about building tools that make life easier for both businesses and their customers.

Your new day-to-day
As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be the go-to person for our clients. You'll ensure they get the most out of Avenue, build strong relationships, and help them see real results from our platform. Your role is part problem-solver, part educator, and part trusted advisor.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Guiding new customers through onboarding and training
- Proactively checking in with clients to ensure adoption and satisfaction
- Helping clients get creative with how they use Avenue to improve their workflows
- Collaborating with the product and sales teams to share customer feedback
- Spotting opportunities for upsell or expansion when it makes sense for the customer
Skills & Experience
You don't need to tick every box, but experience in some of the following would be ideal:
- 3-6+ months in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
- Experience working with SaaS products or digital tools (not required but a bonus)
- Comfort with CRM systems and data-driven insights
- A knack for simplifying tech for non-technical users
