About the role
Joining our growing team as our Customer Success Specialist you'll be the go-to person for onboarding and supporting users, ensuring they maximize Upstock's SaaS platform. You'll advocate for customers, address their needs, resolve issues, and nurture relationships to drive platform success.
We're a modern, tech-first company, we don't do traditional offices. This role is fully remote, giving you the freedom to work 100% from home.
You will
- set up customers on our software and help connect apps via APIs.
- onboard new customers and provide guided tours of our app.
- support and nurture our customers to deliver exceptional service and cultivate ecstatic advocates of our product.
- conduct product demos, manage customer data, maintain our CRM, and understand customer workflows.
- participate in on-call rotations once every six to seven weekends.
You will bring
- an understanding of technology and skills in assisting customers in setting up software.
- an understanding of Saas and system integrations.
- previous experience in a customer facing role.
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- experience with remote work and enjoy connecting online for a large part of your day.
- previous experience using Intercom, HubSpot (or similar tools).
- knowledge of accounting and/or inventory systems e.g., Unleashed, MYOB, Xero. is a bonus.
About you
Proficient in digital tools and platforms, you'll understand how system integrations improve business processes, you'll be able to set up app connections using provided tools, and problem solve.
You'll have top notch communication and relationship building skills and you're driven by empowering customer success. Your high levels of self-motivation, dedication and focus on process improvement see you thrive in dynamic environments. Your master level skills in multitasking, technology leverage, and customer service turns customers into raving fans every time.
Your background might include (but is not limited to):
- working for a supplier currently using Upstock.
- A customer success or onboarding role with a system we integrate with (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Unleashed, Cin7 Core/Omni, MS Dynamics)
- A technically minded admin role where you regularly deal with systems, workflows, or integrations.
- A hospitality background with strong admin or systems experience (e.g. inventory, ordering, POS).
Experience using our platform is highly valuable, so be sure to mention it in your cover letter if applicable.
