What do our consulting rebels look like?

You'll have a background at a major consultancy or tier-one strategy firm, with experience across transformation projects like restructuring, process improvement, program delivery or digital change.

What sets you apart is that you can work through both the 'what' and the 'how.' You can design the strategy
and
work through the messy reality of making it happen. If you've only done one or the other, you'll need to be hungry to learn the rest fast.

We are looking for that one-of-a-kind, top of the class all-rounder who can turn their hand to most things – from critical thinking to high levels of organisation and sharp Executive level messaging or with the potential to get there. A self-starter who's deeply curious and can work at pace.
