About the role
City Cave Revesby is seeking a dedicated and attentive Float Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Float Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our float therapy centre located in Revesby, NSW 2212.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming and orienting clients to the float therapy experience
- Maintaining the float pools and surrounding areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Monitoring client sessions and providing assistance as needed
- Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and functioning
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client inquiries or concerns
- Assisting with the scheduling and booking of all service appointments
- Contributing to the overall operations and success of the centre
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role, preferably in the natural therapies or alternative medicine industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide a welcoming and calming environment for clients
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Familiarity with float, sauna or massage therapy or a keen interest in learning about the benefits of this holistic practice
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- A passion for health and wellness and a desire to contribute to the wellbeing of our clients
- Australian work rights are required for this position
- Minimum age requirement of 18+ years for this role
- Minimum of 1+ years customer service experience is required
