The Opportunity:

This 24-month fixed term role, ERP Delivery Lead, provides the chance to lead the next stage of the evolution of Port of Newcastle's ERP Platform, TechnologyOne. Through the delivery of a defined program of work, this role is focused on improving performance, enhancing functionality and ensuring the platform aligns with business needs. You'll work closely with systems users, business leaders and vendors to prioritise enhancements, resolve issues, streamline processes and support continuous optimisation. With the opportunity to influence how systems support day to day operations and long-term efficiency, this role plays a key part in strengthening digital maturity. 

What you will bring:

You will bring practical proven experience in the planning and delivery of enhancements to ERP systems. With strong understanding of interpret system requirements and a passion to drive improvements that enhance usability and value, you will be responsible for defining and managing the end-to-end delivery of the agreed application changes. You will be skilled at engaging stakeholders, coordinating vendors and ensuring changes are well planned and successfully adopted. Your approach is proactive and structured with strong communication and analytical abilities.
