About the role

As an ERP Support Consultant at WMSSoft', you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and solutions to our clients. This is a full-time role based in our office in Clayton, VIC 3168. You will work closely with our clients to ensure the smooth operation of their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and help them maximise the value of their technology investments.

Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights or an acceptable work visa to be considered for this position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide first-line and second-line technical support for our clients' ERP systems
  2. Diagnose and resolve complex software issues, including customisations and integrations
  3. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  4. Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements to optimise performance
  5. Document and maintain detailed knowledge of client ERP systems and configurations
  6. Train and support client staff on the use of ERP software and related tools
  7. Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve system bugs
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies, trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of IT/ERP support or similar software support experience is required
  2. Proven expertise in enterprise-level ERP systems, preferably Odoo
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients
  5. Experience in providing user training and technical documentation
  6. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  7. Certifications in ERP systems are highly desirable
