As an ERP Architect S/4HANA, you will play a pivotal role inleading the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions, with a particularfocus on finance and cross -module integration. You will leverage your deepexpertise to architect high -level SAP solutions that address complex businessrequirements, particularly within finance, logistics, asset management, andHCM. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, define technicaland functional strategies, and ensure the successful implementation oflarge -scale SAP projects. Experience in asset -intensive industries or utilitiesis highly regarded. 10+ years' experience in SAP solution architecture, with astrong finance background and hands -on SAP FI/CO consulting experience. - Proven track record in leading high -level solution design forlarge -scale SAP implementations, including S/4HANA. - Expertise in cross -module integration and a workingunderstanding of SAP SCM, EAM, and EPPM. - Experience in asset -intensive industries or utilities ishighly desirable. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder managementskills. - Ability to translate complex business requirements intoeffective SAP solutions. - Experience in developing systems requirements, prototyping,testing, training, and implementing business solutions under tight deadlines. - Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem -solvingskills. - Strong customer handling skills and the ability to lead andmentor teams. - A collaborative mindset, with a desire to learn and shape yourown and others' career paths. Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Strategy - Define and execute a robust SAP S/4HANA solution strategy,aligning with business growth objectives and leveraging Wipro's capabilities. - Lead the design and conversion of business requirements intohigh -level SAP solutions across finance and related domains. - Support consulting and license presales opportunities,including requirements gathering, scoping, and estimation. Solution Architecture - Architect and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions, with hands -onexpertise in SAP FI/CO and cross -module integration. - Provide guidance on SAP SCM, SAP EAM, SAP EPPM, and relatedmodules. - Advise on best -fit S/4HANA strategies, including newinstallations and conversions, tailored to customer environments. - Ensure effective integration with SAP Cloud products (e.g.,ARIBA, CONCUR, FIELDGLASS) and advanced finance functions (e.g., assetaccounting, central finance). Customer Centricity - Deliver customer value as a central theme, ensuring solutionsare aligned with client strategic goals and deliver tangible business benefits. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CFO,CIO), shaping transformation agendas and governance frameworks. Delivery Excellence - Lead and mentor distributed teams in the delivery ofmulti -shore consulting projects. - Oversee programme execution, change management, andoperational governance to ensure sustainable customer value. Talent Management - Foster a collaborative and high -performing consulting team,nurturing and developing top talent. - Leverage your professional network to attract diverse talentand mentor future consulting leaders. Thought Leadership - Engage with industry leaders and analysts, contributing tothought leadership through publications, presentations, and social media. - Help position Wipro as a leader in SAP S/4HANA solutions forasset -intensive and utility sectors.
