About the role

Tamar Chiropractic is seeking a dynamic and organised Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly team in Launceston, Tasmania. As the face of our practice, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our chiropractic clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  • Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
  • Assisting the chiropractors with various administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
  • Supporting the smooth running of the clinic's operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our patients
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment
  • A genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to contribute to the well-being of our patients
  • Australian work rights are required
  • Availability to work weekdays only
