Kununurra WA Australia G'day Group Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year
About Us

G'day Group

G'day Group is the undisputed leader in regional travel, with over 85 properties across Australia's most sensational destinations. We have a range of the best accommodation to bring people, places, and communities closer together.

El Questro

Say g'day to more of Australia and join us at El Questro, the heart of the Kimberley. Set amid the vast and ancient landscape of Western Australia's East Kimberley, this tourism icon is one of Australia's last true frontiers. We are proud co-custodians of this treasured site, with its deep gorges and majestic ranges, to thermal springs, mud and salt-flats, rainforests, and cascading waterfalls. Join our team and immerse in an outback experience that combines luxury and adventure to connect people to nature, networks and communities.

The Role

Make an impact where it matters — in the heart of the Kimberley.

El Questro is one of Australia's most iconic destinations, but beyond the dramatic gorges and ancient landscapes lies something even more important — our commitment to building respectful, meaningful partnerships with Traditional Owners and Indigenous communities.

We're seeking a Relationship Coordinator to support our engagement with Native Title Holders, help deliver on our obligations under the El Questro Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA), and ensure our operations reflect cultural integrity and collaboration.

Whether you're early in your career and eager to learn, or further along and keen to contribute to something with purpose, this is an opportunity to grow professionally while supporting outcomes that truly matter.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting respectful, ongoing relationships with the Wilinggin Aboriginal Corporation and other stakeholders
  • Helping deliver Aboriginal employment, training and participation outcomes in line with the ILUA
  • Contributing to cultural awareness training and community engagement activities
  • Assisting in the coordination of heritage management procedures and compliance
  • Providing admin support, including tracking budgets and managing contract obligations
  • Collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure cultural protocols are embedded in everyday operations
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has a genuine interest in Indigenous cultures, community engagement and reconciliation
  • Communicates with empathy, clarity and respect
  • Thrives in a team environment and is open to learning
  • Understands the basics of contract compliance and project coordination (or is willing to learn)
  • Has some experience or exposure to community engagement, land management, or tourism (not essential but a plus)
Benefits
  • Attractive Base Salary + Super + Free Accommodation + Free Meals + Relocation assistance.
  • Mentorship and guidance from an experienced and passionate team
  • Professional development opportunities and support to grow in the role
  • The chance to live and work in one of Australia's most stunning regions
  • A role that offers more than a paycheck: it offers purpose

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. G'day Group offers competitive remuneration and remote living benefits. We also offer career development and learning opportunities including structured training programs and on the job experience and mentoring.
