We're gearing up for a busy summer at our venues located in the Sydney City, you may have been there before:

We're looking for enthusiastic team members to join us. Opportunities are available across a range of roles, including leadership positions, front-of-house, events, bookings and functions, kitchen, bar & gaming and support. Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional or just starting out, if you bring energy and a positive attitude, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed 

We're a fourth generation, family run hospitality group with iconic venues, cold beverages, warm banter and a knack for keeping things fun while getting the job done. Think buzzing bistros, waterfront icons, and pubs where pub grub grows up, gets a glow up and still knows how to party.

Flexible shifts: full-time, part-time, casual or parental leave cover

Positions Available:

Bartenders  

Wait Staff 

Food Runners 

Glassie/Barback & Hosts 

To be successful you will have the following:

  • Hospitality / Front of House experience
  • Previous Hospitality experience is desirable (not essential)
  • Flexibility working on a 7-day rotating roster (no two days are the same)
  • Available and flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Committed to work during our core business hours (between 10am and 12am)
  • An outstanding customer service personality, friendly and approachable.
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation and strong communication skills.
  • Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Current RSA & RCG Certificates.
