Qualifications & experience:
- You're a self-starter who enjoys working independently and in a supportive remote team environment. You have the willingness and ability to work with and manage our CRM system, which is spreadsheet based.
- You enjoy travel and have the energy to visit customers on a daily basis.
- You want to be rewarded for your passion to service the needs of our customers and acquire new customers with incentive commissions for reaching your monthly targets.
- You live in Sydney and have a willingness to travel regional periodically.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager you'll be the single point of accountability for your territory.
- You'll be part of a remote team working autonomously and independently, servicing Sydney metro areas.
- You'll build and maintain relationships with current customers and grow your customer base through new business acquisition, carving your own path while being supported and rewarded for your efforts.
- There will be travel to regional areas on a semi-regular basis with overnight stays.
- Actively increasing and managing the Telsim retail footprint in Sydney through building and maintaining current relationships and fostering new relationships. Planning and making regular contact with customers in person, organize merchandise and understand customer needs.
- Planned in-store training sessions with retail staff to understand our user friendly online portal Developing and maintaining a strategy for cross selling, upselling and identifying target accounts to achieve sales and margin growth.

- Developing a thorough knowledge of all product offerings to forecast and track customer account sales, in a daily sales planner, to provide you and the company with quality data.

Salary:
$80,000 – $100,000 per year
