**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a Digital Producer to join our high-performing Product Team You will oversee and coordinate the efforts of our product delivery squads to deliver top-quality initiatives that realise valuable outcomes for our customers.
You are someone who is passionate about a continuous improvement culture and will work closely with the squads to provide the guidance and support they need to operate from a functional and operational perspective. You will also coordinate go-to-market activities by engaging with stakeholders across the business.

You will play an integral role in enabling our Product Team to deliver meaningful software to our customers.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Ensure that squads maintain a coherent cross-functional plan to deliver across the multiple delivery areas
- Performing resource and capacity planning focussed on allocation
- Collaborating with the squad to continuously improve their sprint planning, refinement, and retro actions
- Facilitating the Release process (coordination between squads, PMM, LX, Support, and other relevant stakeholders)
- Facilitating Release and Go to Market activities such as documentation, internal and external communications (Confluence, Jira, Announce kit, Gainsight)
- Working with the Product Managers to plan their delivery roadmaps; and collaborate on discovery efforts
- Empower the Squads by effective management of Product feedback (reviewing, tagging, publishing, merging, and general maintenance of incoming feedback)
- Collaborate with PMs to organise Research & Beta’s - (organising/coordinating between customers & departments)
- Tracking KPIs - record and share updates
- Meeting support - taking notes, recording, and distributing action points for key meetings like PLT, Product Op’s, Customer Advisory meetings
- Organising Customer advisory events (coordination of group comms & meetings)
- Contribute to company events like QBRs, PM & Tech Summits
- Actively identifying, reporting, and managing delivery risks and issues
**About You**:
You are someone who has a passion for our business and customers, coordinating the development and release of features and fixes. Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate with key stakeholders in coordinating Go-To-Market activities as well as creating a best in class experience to achieve our goals.

- Previous experience as a Digital Producer or Delivery Lead
- Excellent JIRA and Confluence skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Resource planning and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of delivery and Go to Market methods and metrics
- Experienced with agile product delivery methodologies
- Desire to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, with a bias to action
- Strong customer service, project management and quality control skills
- Strong cross-functional team collaboration skills
