About The Opportunity

Being a key member of our team entails:

• Drive go to market strategy end to end with founders and PODs to turn concept into reality. (We would love people with DTC Ecom experience)
• Direct end to end management of 3-5 brands, steering their marketing visions. You'll be working directly with the founders to make their goals a reality.
• You will be creating strategic marketing plans with results driven data, creative freedom and performance management duties along with final reporting duties. This is an end to end marketing role.
• Orchestrating comprehensive marketing strategies in sync with client aspirations in the online product/ecommerce sector.
• Consistent interaction with clients and stakeholders for strategic briefings and feedback.
• Teaming up with our creative and design teams to help with client needs.
• Optimising, refining, and amplifying ongoing campaigns, predominantly on Facebook, Google ads, and EDM channels.
• Orchestrating brand influencer partnerships for content genesis.
• Monitoring campaign progression and delivering succinct performance rundowns.
• Directly managing client accounts, communications and delivery of their campaigns

The Type of Person Who Should Apply

Here's the sort of things that will make you successful with us:

• Great handle over Facebook, Google, and other notable paid media outlets pay per click implementation. (Setting up, implementing and optimising yourself)
• Wants to learn and grow with our team and the brands you work with
• Having a decent understanding of ecommerce businesses is desirable but not essential
• Experience in ecommerce or agency settings (Highly desirable).
• A track record of steering marketing campaigns end to end, solo or within compact units. (From conception/strategy to implementation)
• With at least 3-5+ years in a marketing account managerial capacity (diverse experiences are a plus), you're an undisputed asset.
• Stellar verbal and written communication prowess to interact with our clients.
• An innate pleasant and approachable demeanour, in line with our lively office ambiance.
• Initiative, drive, and a teachable spirit put you on our A-list.
• Must have permanent Australian work rights or valid working visa

Salary Package

• Competitive Salary packages form $100,000-120,0000 + Super coupled with adaptive hybrid work models. (Depending on experience)
