Shape the future of member experience
Join HCF as a Service Designer and help reimagine how members engage across digital and non-digital channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design human-centred solutions that drive real impact.
We're reimagining how our members experience health care and we're looking for a Service Designer to help lead the way. In this role, you'll uncover insights through research and data, map current journeys, and co-design future experiences that are human-centred and business-smart.
Day-to-day, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, run workshops, prototype solutions, and advocate for member needs across the organisation. You'll help shape service design standards, track project progress, and bring ideas to life through storytelling and visualisation. If you're passionate about solving real problems and improving lives, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.
About You
You're a passionate service designer with around 2 years' experience, ideally in a consulting or corporate environment. You bring a strong grasp of human-centred design and design thinking, and you know how to turn data and insights into meaningful solutions. You're confident running user research, synthesising insights, and visualising ideas through journeys, blueprints, and prototypes. You're organised, collaborative, and comfortable working in Agile or Lean environments.
With great communication skills and a can-do attitude, you know how to influence stakeholders and keep member needs front and centre. It would be advantageous if you're skilled in tools like Sketch, Adobe, or InVision, and hold a qualification in design or a related field.
