About the Role:

As a Service Designer, you'll play a crucial role in researching, co-designing, and delivering service solutions that make a real impact. You'll work closely with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure every touchpoint is thoughtfully designed and strategically aligned.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead customer research, using interviews, surveys, and observation to uncover true customer needs and pain points
  • Apply strategic problem-solving skills to analyse challenges and develop innovative service solutions
  • Facilitate co-design workshops and collaborate with stakeholders and end users
  • Translate insights into actionable service blueprints, journeys, and recommendations
  • Champion a customer-first mindset in every project

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in customer research (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Proven ability in strategic problem solving and service mapping
  • Experience with co-design methods and workshop facilitation
  • Demonstrated track record of designing for customer needs and delivering user-centred outcomes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
