In this role, you'll:

focus on supporting internal clients in their Travel and Expense Management, along with Purchasing Card Requests across all NSW Transport Agencies in Transports Shared Services Procurement team.     

 
It is a customer focused role, with a high level of administration tasks. We rely heavily on process and procedure, and are versed in entitlements, legalities, and Company Policies, that vary between departments, being a touchpoint for all levels of staff within Transport NSW.

This is a temporary position based in our Bega office.

About you

  • We are looking for someone with Strong Administration and Customer Service experience.
  • You will be able to navigate complex and time sensitive requests in a dynamic environment.
  • Accounting, Banking, or Administration backgrounds would make you a strong candidate.
