In this role you will support the Capital works projects team managing the Construction projects. As a Project Support Officer, you will provide administrative, contract and project management support in the development and implementation of various construction projects to meet time, cost, quality and scope in accordance with organisational requirements. In this busy and dynamic role, you will be developing and maintaining strong working relationships with deployed specialist resources, project team and the wider TfNSW community to enhance technical knowledge. Your role would include establishment and coordination of project related documentation and internal reporting on project team activities.

**You will**
- Support Project Managers and Project Engineers to achieve business outcomes by providing administrative, record management and project management support
- Deliver nominated components of a project by achieving the required scope, time, cost, quality and client business objectives.
- Produce and maintain reports, policies, standards, procedures and tools
- Provide advice on project strategies required to guide compliant procurement activities.

**About you**

You are a proactive support professional open to working in a multi project environment. You have experience in contract management and are a strategic thinker with strong written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex issues, including technical and strategic, into pragmatic policy advice for high level stakeholders. You have effective organisational and time management skills, often managing competing demands and activities to meet project outcomes and deadlines**.** Exposure to SAP, accruals management and managing financial reporting including some bit of forecasting will set you up for success in this role
