APM Transition to Work program are now seeking anyone interested in making a real difference to the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our **Bega, NSW**office.

As a Youth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focused approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.

Secure a start and be on the road for a successful and meaningful change to you and our participants.

- **Available to work 1 day per week (Flexible between Monday & Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm) opportunity to increase.**
