What You'll Be Doing

Step into a dynamic, people focused role where every day brings something new You will:

  • Achieve key performance goals and deliver outstanding results
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
  • Create engaging job advertisements and manage multi-platform campaigns
  • Screen applications and conduct interviews with care and precision
  • Complete reference checks and assess candidate suitability
  • Develop a profound understanding of client industries, culture, and workforce needs
  • Use smart questioning and marketing strategies to generate new business leads
  • Provide administrative support and maintain an accurate candidate database
  • Manage timesheets and assist with onboarding for temporary staff
  • Ensure compliance with NWF policies and integrated systems

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and genuinely enjoys connecting people with opportunities. You will bring:

  • At least two years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or workforce coordination
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Strong administrative and database management skills
  • A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety and compliance standard
