About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Cook to join our team at Roumeli Otis Vic Pty Ltd in Essendon, VIC. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals to delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standard
  • Ensuring all food service operations adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Collaborating with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to any queries or requests

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook in a similar hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
