Senior Project Manager/ Project Superintendent / Client-Side PM Consultancy (Construction)

Successful Projects are a leading WA based project management consultancy. Our services include Project Management and Project Superintendence, Detailed Planning & Scheduling, EOT Claims Analysis, Expert Witness and Training Services.

Our services operate as an interconnected system, delivering expertise and support across service streams to strengthen individual team performance and maximise the overall success and outcomes of the business, maximising value for our clients.

Our portfolio comprises Local, State and Federal Government agencies, as well as private developers, with current project values ranging between $5 million and $100 million.

Essential Requirements

  • Permanent Australian resident
  • Project Management certification or similar
  • Bachelor of Construction Management or similar an advantage
  • Min 3 years' experience in project management or superintendence
  • Experience in construction and/or property sectors
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
