Electrical Maintenance Reliability Engineer – Fixed Plant | South Australia

We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled Electrical Maintenance Reliability Engineer to support our mining partners in
South Australia
. This role suits someone who thrives on solving complex problems, driving uptime, and embedding best-practice reliability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse electrical system performance and drive defect elimination
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable fixes
  • Optimise maintenance strategies using SAP and reliability tools
  • Deliver targeted improvement works to enhance plant safety and efficiency
  • Partner with operations and maintenance teams to embed reliability culture


What You Bring

  • Proven experience in fixed plant electrical maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering and RCA frameworks
  • Hands-on exposure to SAP and strategic maintenance planning
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across technical teams
