A high-performing delivery team is growing to meet global demand. We're seeking a number of skilled Field Service Engineers to ensure its customers receive exceptional support - from initial inquiry through to installation and post-sales service. This is a unique opportunity to join an ASX-listed technology company at the forefront of innovation.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Business Development, Operations, and Product Development teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support:Act as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring seamless support throughout the product lifecycle.
  • System Installation: Plan and manage installations of complex, multi-product systems while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide remote and on-site technical support, conduct system testing, and resolve issues independently.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams, offering customer-driven insights to refine new products and software releases.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering or related field (highly regarded).
  • Proven experience in a Field Service Engineering role, providing hands-on technical support.
  • Proficiency with Linux and networking devices (essential).
  • Experience with complex system testing, telecommunications, or RF technology is a plus.
  • Coding skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript (highly desirable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Existing Defence Security Clearance is preferred but not essential.
