The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring our medical imaging and scientific equipment operates at peak performance, providing technical support to our clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, test and repair Medical Imaging and scientific equipment in line with industry best practice.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on various Medical Imaging and scientific equipment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and provide onsite technical support.
  • Within the positions skills and experience undertake installation and Acceptance Testing of Medical equipment and entering data into the company Management Systems.
  • Work within defined SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) for all service and maintenance activities.
  • This position is a field-based role and may require occasional travel away from home.
  • Undertake "On-Call" duties as directed from time to time – this may be outside usual business hours.
  • Complete service reports or required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Participate as an active team member to plan and install a range of equipment.
