Field Service Engineer – Medical Devices

We're seeking an experienced
Field Service Engineer
to join a leading medical technology company, supporting hospitals and clinics across Sydney and NSW.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of advanced medical devices across a diverse portfolio. This role offers a mix of hands-on technical work, travel to customer sites, and the opportunity to work closely with clinical and technical teams to ensure equipment performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, preventative maintenance and repair of medical equipment
  • Provide technical support and training to end users
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution to minimise equipment downtime
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Support quality and compliance processes in line with regulatory standards

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics or related discipline
  • Previous experience servicing medical devices or similar precision instrumentation
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service focus
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within NSW
