The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, versatile team member to join our Hemmant depot workshop. While welding is a key part of the job, this role is much more than just welding You'll be working on container modifications, including:

  • Welding & fabrication – structural modifications to containers
  • Insulation & panel work – using EPS panel for insulated units
  • Sealing & finishing – silicone sealing, painting, and weatherproofing
  • Fitting components – installing doors, windows, kitchenettes, and other custom features

This role is perfect for someone with welding skills who enjoys variety and problem-solving. If you can think on your feet and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in welding (formal qualifications not required)
  • Practical, hands-on skills across different trades (carpentry, painting, sealing, or fitting)
  • Attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • A strong safety mindset
