Role Description

We're looking for experienced Boilermakers
to join our long-term site crew in the
Bowen Basin
.

This is a
7/7 roster
, working 12-hour shifts, offering consistency, lifestyle balance, and the opportunity to be part of a tight-knit team supporting ongoing maintenance and project work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Structural and plate fabrication, repair, and installation work
  • MIG/Stick welding
  • Reading and interpreting drawings
  • Working to site standards and safety procedures
  • Supporting shutdowns and daily maintenance activities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Trade Qualified Boilermaker / Welder
  • Current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience working in mining or heavy industrial environments
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
  • Drivers licence and reliable transport
