As we approach the busy summer season we're looking for a hands-on, people-loving hospitality pro to help drive our growing Dining offering, an 80 seater full service dining room and a 100 seater casual rooftop dining area.

You'll work alongside an experienced owner-operator with a long history in food and beverage, someone who truly loves local produce, great food, and great people.

About You:

You're a hands-on leader who loves being in the thick of it — on the floor, with your team, and with guests. You know how to get the best out of people, you're tech-savvy (we love systems), calm under pressure, and confident across both food and beverage — the bar doesn't need to be your main gig, but you know your way around it.

Most importantly, you genuinely love hospitality and the community that comes with it. You take pride in building relationships with regulars and making every guest feel seen and remembered.

You'll need to:

  • Have proven management experience in a busy food and beverage venue
  • Be available nights and weekends
  • Lead from the front with energy, accountability, and care
  • Be tech savvy and systems driven to drive efficiency
  • Be hungry to grow deliver exceptional service
