Eilbeck Cranesis looking for a Planner to join our Sydney Service Centre based in Ingleburn.

About the job:

• Planning and scheduling of work
• Ensuring the work is scheduled and completed and on budget.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning and scheduling policies and processes.
• Identify and analyze the resourcing requirements for the work.
• Identify and analyze schedule opportunities/threats to the project and liaise with the appropriate members of the project team to achieve best outcome.
• Liaising with clients
• Liaising with internal and external stake holders.
• Tracing and Tracking order arrivals via transport
• Raising POs
• Preparing jobs for costings

About you:

• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional time management
• The ability to work autonomously
• MS Office proficient
• Must have previous experience within a busy industrial environment and similar role
• Willing to learn
• Ability to multitask is a MUST
