**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls for plumbing technicians.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service requests, and invoices.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including processing payments and managing accounts.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to service activities and performance metrics.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the team has necessary resources.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and customer communications.
- Provide general administrative support to management and team members.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
