No two days are the same, but your role could include:

  • Supporting people with disabilities to build routines and life skills
  • Encouraging confidence in social settings and new environments
  • Helping with daily living (meals, appointments, errands, personal care)
  • Exploring hobbies, passions, and community activities together
  • Being a steady hand, a listening ear, and a cheerleader for personal growth

  • Empathetic, patient, and genuinely enjoy encouraging people to thrive
  • Able to listen deeply and support people's choices
  • Flexible and open to working weekdays, weekends, or a mix of both
  • Reliable and professional, with a friendly and approachable nature
  • Committed to ongoing learning and growth (we provide training and upskilling)
  • Have decent availability between Monday-Friday for consistent shifts.
  • Some of the participants that access our services struggle with heavy accents, CLEAR English is a must.

Previous experience in the disability sector is a bonus, but if you've got the right heart and mindset, we want to meet you.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • NDIS worker orientation module
  • Drivers License + own car
