The Role
We're looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner to support our Corporate Functions. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior leaders and key corporate stakeholders to deliver initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organisational capability.

You'll provide expert advice across the full employee lifecycle, lead key HR projects and champion a culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous improvement.

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related field,
  • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and analytical thinking
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential matters
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse teams
  • Skilled in process optimisation, data analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making
