This is a leadership role for someone who loves staying close to the work. You will run and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest while stepping up to guide the social direction, develop talent and set a high standard for creative and performance outputs.

You will be responsible for developing social strategies, briefing and collaborating with designers and video teams, shaping content direction and leading a growing group of paid and social specialists.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the social function across paid and organic channels with a focus on performance outcomes.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest with full ownership of budgets, pacing and reporting.
  • Mentor and develop a small social and paid team and build a strong culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Set social strategy that aligns with brand, creative and commercial goals.
  • Brief designers, video producers and copywriters to deliver standout creative that resonates and converts.
  • Analyse campaign data, identify opportunities, and present insights that guide decision making.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to refine social offerings and introduce best practice frameworks across the department.
  • Oversee testing, tracking, funnel optimisation and platform improvements.

What You Bring

  • 5 to 8 years experience in paid social and digital performance across agencies, eCommerce brands or high growth environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience running campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing or mentoring a small team.
  • Ability to think strategically while staying close to execution.
  • Strong understanding of creative, funnels, messaging and what drives conversion across different audiences.
  • Skilled in A/B testing, analytics, conversion tracking and performance improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to deliver high impact assets.
  • Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Why This Role Matters

This is a rare chance to take ownership of a growing social division in a business that is investing heavily in brand, content and performance. You will influence the direction of a team, introduce new ideas, and help shape the agency's future social offering.
