What is the role?

The Client Support Analyst for Prime Ecosystem SaaS supporting clients internationally.

Become an integral member of Cotality's Australian team as a Client Support Analyst. The Client Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in configuring, supporting, and enhancing client experiences with the Prime platform. This role involves direct client engagement, technical troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction.

Location and Office Arrangements:

This role is based in remotely, located near Brisbane.

What Will You be Doing?

As a Client Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Onboarding & Configuration - Set up and configure new client instances of the Prime platform, ensuring alignment with client-specific requirements and business processes.

  • Client Relationship Management - Engage with existing clients to understand evolving needs and implement changes or enhancements to their Prime configurations.

  • Client Implementation Reviews - Conduct regular implementation reviews to identify process improvements and provide strategic recommendations that help clients maximize the value of the Prime ecosystem.

  • Support & Troubleshooting - Investigate and resolve client issues through support tickets, phone calls, or virtual meetings, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

  • Data Analysis & Insights - Analyze support ticket trends to identify recurring issues, training gaps, or opportunities for system improvements.

  • Solution Design - Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and implement system solutions that drive client outcomes and satisfaction.

  • Team Collaboration - Provide support to the broader Operations team, contributing to shared goals, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

What credentials do you need?

  • Experience with client-facing software configuration or support roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems

  • Knowledge of the Prime Ecosystem platform (preferred but not required)
