Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst with Software Development Skills to provide comprehensive technical support and software automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Microsoft 365 administration and software development principles. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, implementing IT solutions, and developing applications to enhance our clients' operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional IT support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including user management, security, and application deployment.
  • Develop and maintain custom software applications.
  • Implement and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality IT services.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as required.
  • Assist in the research and evaluation of new technologies.
  • Manage, monitor, and maintain client systems and networks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript).
  • Experience with software development frameworks and tools.
  • Understanding of network protocols and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
  • A valid Australian drivers license.
  • Ability to legally work in Australia.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Database management skills (e.g., SQL).
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
