Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst with Software Development Skills to provide comprehensive technical support and software automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Microsoft 365 administration and software development principles. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, implementing IT solutions, and developing applications to enhance our clients' operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional IT support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including user management, security, and application deployment.
- Develop and maintain custom software applications.
- Implement and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Document technical procedures and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality IT services.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
- Assist in the research and evaluation of new technologies.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain client systems and networks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with software development frameworks and tools.
- Understanding of network protocols and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
- A valid Australian drivers license.
- Ability to legally work in Australia.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
- Database management skills (e.g., SQL).
- Experience with ticketing systems.
