Join a team where people stay, grow, and genuinely love what they do. (80%+ retention year after year)
At Bloom Healthcare, we're not just another provider—we're a purpose-driven, people-powered team on a mission to do things better in the disability and aged care sectors. With over 30 years of combined experience between our co-founders, we've built a national, multidisciplinary team of 140+ clinicians who are passionate about delivering client-first, evidence-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care.
And here's the kicker: more than 80% of our team stays with us year after year—because we invest in our people, back their growth, and create a culture that feels like home.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
Supervision & support from a Speech Pathology Clinical Lead with 25+ years of clinical, research, and teaching experience (and a freshly minted PhD)
Uncapped professional development (yes, really)
Weekly learning sessions, national team meetings, and discipline-specific catchups
Work from home + community-based delivery—flexibility that works for you
Team socials & connection days that are actually fun
Career mapping & progression tailored to your goals
Competitive salary + incentives + travel allowance
A culture that's inclusive, supportive, and genuinely values you
About the Role
We're looking for client-centric, outcome-focused Speech Pathologists to join our growing paediatric teams in VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS, WA, and QLD.
You'll:
Support clients with ASD, Down Syndrome, GDD, and more
Develop AAC systems tailored to individual needs
Deliver play-based early intervention in natural environments
Empower parents, educators, and stakeholders to support communication and life skills
Collaborate in a transdisciplinary team that shares knowledge and celebrates wins
Prefer working with adults? Love assessments? We're a generalist provider and can tailor your caseload to your clinical passions.
What You'll Need
Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Strong knowledge of functional communication and swallowing assessments
NDIS/HCP experience (preferred but not essential)
A passion for helping clients reach their full potential
Driver's licence and registered vehicle
We Celebrate Diversity
We're proud to be a workplace that welcomes everyone. We make decisions with intention and without bias—because inclusion isn't just a value, it's how we operate.
