- Lead and manage the translation of novel algorithms into a real-time radar demonstrator system.
- Lead the agile development process, collaboratively gathering requirements from the product owner, coordinating of the team of software engineers to develop robust and well-tested solutions for the product owner.
- Develop and maintain experimental radar systems using technologies such as C++, CUDA and MATLAB
- Field trials of radar systems, data analysis, and documentation of outcomes for military clients.
- Collaborative work with team members from Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG), industry and academia to develop novel radar systems.
