About Us

CoinOp is Australia's largest claw machine operator, with over 1,500 machines nationwide. Designed and engineered in-house, our machines deliver cutting-edge reporting and premium customer experiences. We're looking for a commercially-minded State Manager to lead our NSW operations, grow revenue, and motivate field teams.


The Role

As State Manager, you'll take ownership of NSW operations. You'll spend 30–50% of your time mentoring the NSW Supervisor, while also driving sales, improving site performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll keep things on track, solve problems as they arise, and seize opportunities to lift revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across NSW by improving machine performance and site sales.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the NSW Supervisor and field teams.
  • Identify training needs and deliver coaching to improve results.
  • Oversee installations, servicing, audits, and stocktakes.
  • Solve operational and site-level issues quickly with practical, common-sense solutions.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with teams and stakeholders.
  • Travel regularly between Moorebank HQ and Sydney CBD.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience managing supervisors or teams in a revenue-focused, retail-adjacent or service-based environment (e.g. gaming, vending, FMCG, retail field ops).
  • Proven ability to increase sales, site performance, or customer engagement.
  • Strong organisational skills, balancing operational priorities with commercial outcomes.
  • Logical problem solver who can coach teams through challenges.
  • Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly.
  • Sydney-based, within commuting distance of Moorebank and/or CBD.
